Fast food

This is sick, but this is usually how pregnancy goes for me. I could probably survive the rest of the pregnancy on these things:

1) Baja Fresh Nachos. No meat. Black beans. Easy on the pico.

2) Chipotle Burrito Bol. No meat. Rice. Black Beans. Tiny bit of pico. Sour Cream. Cheese. Lettuce. Guac.

3) McDonalds 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with sweet and sour sauce, apple dippers and a milk.

4) In N Out Double Double with grilled onions, fries and a root beer.

That pretty much sums up the entirety of what I want to eat these days. I know it isn’t super healthy. I know fast food is expensive. Those are the only things that sound good right now though. Everything else makes me want to gag.

  1. Wow, it’s like you and I are the same “eater” when pregnant. And now, I REALLY want Chipotle…. this could be an issue… lol

The first 10 weeks of pregnancy the only things that didn’t make me want to puke some days were Cheerios and Dairy Queen chiliburgers.

  3. I survived my pregnancy with Caris on a lot of fast food too. I totally understand.

  4. I wish I could eat like that. I’m looking forward to those days, because all that stuff looks good to me, too! I guess that’s a good sign!

  5. Ha ha…totally love it. I swear, cravings are the wierdest things, but soooo true. Hope you find some “cheaper” cravings soon!

And boo about your lettuce! We just bought some at Farmer’s and it was bitter. Looks like lettuce season is over for now…

  6. When I was pregnant any food with pico de gallo and sour cream sounded good, even when I was at the peak of nausea.

And it sounds good right now, too. 🙂
